All House Periodic Transaction Reports are filed at disclosures-clerk.house.gov as public PDFs.
The Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives maintains the public archive of House member financial disclosures at https://disclosures-clerk.house.gov/FinancialDisclosure. Every Periodic Transaction Report (PTR) and Annual Financial Disclosure (AFD) for a House member is posted there, typically as a PDF, on the same day it's accepted.
Each filing has a unique document ID and is filed under the member's name. The archive includes filings from the 113th Congress (2013) onward. Pre-2013 disclosures exist only as paper records.
Disclosed Capitol ingests every new House PTR within minutes of its appearance on disclosures-clerk.house.gov, parses the PDF using a combination of OCR and structured-text extraction, resolves each security to a current ticker symbol where possible, and computes alpha against the S&P 500 from the transaction date forward.
